Herefordshire Life Through A Lens Exhibition now available as virtual tour

Although it is still uncertain when Hereford Museum & Art Gallery will be able to open to the public the most recent show, Herefordshire Life Through A Lens, is now available via the following link as a virtual tour.

Derek Evans was a Hereford photographer with an instinct for journalism – finding a story, covering it with stills or film, and selling it. He created an amazing archive of local imagery at his studio on the third floor of No.43 Broad Street, Hereford. Focusing on priceless scenes from Herefordshire Life from 1940s to 1970s, the exhibition gave people a chance to get up close to Derek’s actual exhibition prints, many of which haven’t been seen for over 50 years.
