Helping hand with LEGO

HMSSG trustees are very pleased to have been able to find grant funding and practical support to cover all the extra activities around the Lego Brick History exhibition.  Engaging NMiTE in the project has been very exciting, and the imagination and energy to be found among the young people there has made a big difference to the whole project.  We have been able to secure grant funding to cover all the hands-on and educational activities which will be alongside the history displays, making visits more fun for both children and adults, and adding to the experience of schools visits too.  Several schools have made models of Herefordshire buildings, which will be in the Museum and in shop windows on the city trail.  Lego characters will also be present, but hidden around the Museum, so keep an eye out for them when you visit.  You can book your tickets here http://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/legobrickhistory
Grant support has been awarded by Hereford City Council, FHMA, The Howard Bulmer Charitable Trust and The Becket Bulmer Fund at the Herefordshire Community Foundation.
